| 6 | M&L M-25 design mix as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed pile sand mass concrete complete all specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L M-25 design mix as in walls , retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footing including atteched pilasters and buttress complete all specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L M-25 design mix as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all specified and directed. |
| 9 | Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancing, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends ad binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar works vertical or the batter complete all specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for formwork to faces of wall, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircases railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or the batter, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs sucha as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works, not exceeding 200mm thick ( hoerizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed. |
