| 1 | Dismantling of unserviceable S & F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver / aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0/11 metre long (2 pole/4 pole structure), by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in white circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat. |
| 3 | M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc specified and directed . |
| 4 | Taking down old UNSV ACSR conductor, any type and size from the poles and supply and fixing new ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc, complete, all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts,washer and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole. |
| 6 | S&F Pin type insulator, vitreous porcelain white , brown, green insulator including one galvanised mild steei sprindle two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut,100mm height,65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete, all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fix in replacement of MCB 4pole isolater TPN 80/100 Amps capacity AC 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed |
| 8 | M & L Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road /drains complete all as directed. |
| 9 | M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in road crossing, copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles including taking down old PCC copping of poles all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M & L for cleaning of installation/ substation including clearing of vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass, cutting of tree branches, removing of debris etc around the installation compound and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of road by mechnically/manually means with GI pipes (bore for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed (GI pipe laid shall be measured seperately). |

| 15 | Supply & fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole with Thermal megnatic release 630 amps capacity AC 415 V,50kA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole with Thermal megnatic release 400 Amps 36 KA capacity AC 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular/PCC poles any size and removal from site complete. |
| 18 | Taking down existing old unserviceable and supply and fixing PVC flat twin core LT cable size 10 Sqmm, 2 core keeping aside for reuse/removal from trenches/ wall/pole complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | Streching of loose ACSR conductor including jumpering, binding,etc all as required in LT OH line, complete, all as directed. Note:- Disconnecting the existing security light or cable connection before stringing and reconnecting after stringing is included in the rates quoted. |
| 20 | M & L danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Dismantling old unsv and Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged type pole 410 SP -55(9 mtr long) including foundation complete with cast iron /MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm continously welded at the centre of the pole and MS cap at the top of the pole all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5 mtr from GL and making of size 30 cm wide of grey and red synthetic enamel paint alternately upto 1.5 m from ground level complete all as specified. |
| 22 | M&L for renewal of earthing of poles/system with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to existing system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr long fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as per electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion.
