| 7 | M&L for bituminous premix semi- dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-40 grade by weight of total mix rolled and compacted with vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
| 8 | Note for item No.5 to 7 :(a) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant, spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in particular specifications shall be carried out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compacted. Unit rate against these items shall include for carrying out the works with deployment of these machinery for which nothing extra shall be payable and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account.(b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN and all as per SSR Part-I Clause No. 20.B.4. |

| 10 | S&F in replacement of road STUD (CAT eyes) of size 100x100x20mm made of polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lens panel of approved colour on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dey condition non breakable dust proof type fixed with epoxy chemical nails screws and clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
