| 1 | Foundation: adequate size M20 grade RCC Foundation with Raft for Lighting Pole . RCC Foundation for Lighting Pole including excavation in all type of soiI and tarred road ,shuttering works , reinforcement , backfilling and restoration of the same(unit in cubic meter). Foundation: adequate size M20 grade RCC foundation with Raft including excavation , backfilling and restoration of the same shall be done by the contractor.The foundation shall include 4 numbers of hot-dip galvanized M20 x 500mm J type foundation bolts with rubber protective caps for bolts .Contractor/Pole manufacturer shall submit design calculation in support of size of RCC foundation for external lighting poles for approval. |
| 2 | Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of conical tapered type Lighting pole. Conical Lighting pole symmetrical Arm - 7 meter total height with double arm length shall be min 1000mm. Pole has a built-in control box with service door including lock and safety chain. Dimension of conical type lighting pole: bottom dia of the pipe shall be 146mm min and top dia of 76 mm min and 3.5mm thick with single section height of 7000 mm. The pole shaft and base plate shall be hot dip galvanized (7stage process) as per IS 2629 having minimum average DFT of 65 microns before the coating of epoxy primer. Complete pole shall be treated with high quality epoxy zinc rich primer and thereafter coated with Polyurethane paint (marine grade) of minimum average DFT of 100 microns (Total pole thickness 165 micron). Pole with base plate GI of dimension 250mm x250mm x 16 mm thick. Wind speed consideration in pole design shall be minimum 50 m/sec. Steel of grade YSt 210 to IS 4923:1997 in galvanized condition to be used for manufacturing Conical hollow sections. Steel used for manufacturing base plate shall be of Grade E250 to IS 2062:2011 in galvanised condition and foundation bolt shall be of Grade 5.6 to IS 1367 in galvanised . Pole is hot dip galvanized to to IS 2629:1985 / IS 4759:1996 / IS 2633:1986. The pole shall include 4 Nos. of hot dip galvanized M20 x 700mm foundation bolts. The weather proof control gear tray shall be prewired with 2.5 sq. mm cable, Siemens / Crabtree / equivalent MCB, terminal connectors for loop-in loop-out arrangement suitable of terminating aluminium armoured cables 4Cx16 sq.mm and pre-wired with 3 x 2.5 sq. mm Cu cable from connector terminals to Luminaire. The pole shall be with foundation bolt, fittings, internal cabling, graphite grey painting and printing of KMRL logo on Poles by consultation with KMRL. (Refer Annexure-1 for drawing) |

Lights fixture satisfies the followings parameters; Safety class i - The LED luminaire of minimum IP66 rating , Luminiare efficacy should be minimum 140 or above Im/W . Colour rendering index is >84e0 end colour temperature is 5700K - The LED luminaire optics of Type II for street light LED driver with a power factor of 0.95 and RoHS compliant . A driver with surge protection of 10kV,Life span;50000 hours. The luminaire parameters shall be in such a manner as to maintain a minimum lux level of 70 in the U turns. |

| 6 | Street light Management System Software:Development, Installation, testing, implementation and integration of Street light Management System (LMS). Lighting Cntrol System shold be deployed to manage the entire Street Lighting System under the scope of the poject. The solution should be provided as a SaaS model. Foll proof communication is to be provided between luminaire and Light Managed System (LMS). This could be using any or multiple from of communication networks, like LoRa, RF, GSM, etc. All group controls should have redundant communication system. System should exercise complete control over the streetlights and thus be able to monitor their functions/ operations such as Scheduling, controlling Dimming, etc. The item covers all the necessary hardware and software required for the interface of LMS with the command and control centre as per the technical specification requirements. |
