Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying 1.0 mm thick anti-skid epoxy top coating system over existing deteriorated epoxy flooring in Transformer Hall, including removal of loose/damaged coating, thorough mechanical surface preparation by grinding/shot blasting, cleaning and degreasing to remove oil and contaminants, repair of cracks and surface defects using epoxy, followed by application of epoxy base coat and uniform broadcast of graded quartz/silica sand to achieve medium-texture anti-skid (non-slip) finish, and application of sealing/top coat to encapsulate aggregates and provide a durable, oil-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
