Repair to 40HP x 40000GPH x 30 mtrs head End Section HC Pumping Unit installed at CPS Gandhi Nagar. The job includes dismantling of Suction and Delivery lines, removing the pump motor set from the base frame, decoupling of coupling pulley set, loading of the Pump set into the vehicle with the help of skilled, unskilled labour, carriage of the same to the workshop. Dismantling the pump by taking out the shaft, bearings, and bushes with the help of puller, tools and tackles. Providing, fabrication and fitting of pump shaft the job includes turning, threading, keyway making, polishing and finishing to bearing sizes. Providing and fitting shaft protection sleeves. Reconditioning of bronze impeller. Fabrication and fitting of new impeller rings (Gun metal). Removing the damaged bush and providing/fiting of new S.S Bush. Dismantling of bearing housing after removing of damaged bearings, repairs to damaged bearing housing. Providing and Fitting of new bearings 6310 2nos on DE and NDE respectively. Fabrication and fitting of SS gland bush of required size. Assembling complete pumpset and carriage of pump unit back to pump house. Assembling the pump set with motor and the suction and delivery lines, making electrical connections and testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges of skilled and unskilled labour.(Complete Job) Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
