Providing and Fitting of components to 250 KVA manually operated Voltage Stabilizer at CPS Gandhi Nagar by way of disconnecting input and output electric supply connection of the Voltage Stabilizer and making connections of main switch directly with the LT Control Panel. Dragging the voltage stabilizer from its position manually and loading it into the mech. transport and shifting the same to the workshop for repairs. Dismantling of top cover and extraction of the transformer assembly from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block. Reconditioning of 3no. main copper coils by cleaning deposited carbon by sand paper, repair to copper winding by soldering where ever required and there after varnishing of all the three coil sets. The job includes dismantling and extraction of rotary switch assemblies. Providing and Fitting of 1No. Rotary switch assemblies and Repair/Servicing of two rotary switches.The job further involves draining out all the transformer oil from the oil tank. Refilling the fresh T-oil 120 litres upto the required level. Assembling the stabilizer transformer and lowering in the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block. Repairs to internal control wiring of the stabilizer, the job also includes providing and replacement of damaged voltmeters 1No. , selector switches 1 No. and RYB indicators. Loading the stabilizer into the mechanical transport and carriage back to the site. Making connections of input and output supply with main switch and LT control panel by providing and fitting new thimbles after cutting over heated ends and testing on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour charges and rebate on old copper coils. Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
