Repair of 105 TR capacity water cooled Air conditioning chiller Plant No II installed at Plant room of GMCH, Jammu by way of disconnecting of electrical connections and holding the water supply by closing the butterfly valves of the inlet and outlet chiller pipelines. The job includes removing the 105 TR screw compressor from it installed position by removing all the connected gas/oil pipeline connections to it and loading it on mechanical transport by manual means and sending to designated workshop for dismantling and repairs. The job includes replacement of complete bearing inside compressor -11 No’s set in screw compressor along with replacement of gasket set -14 No’s. The job also includes replacement of Piston ring- 05 No’s set and also replacement of 02 No’s filters inside the compressor. The job includes filling of fresh Polyolester compressor oil- 25 ltrs. Then assembling the screw compressor and sending to site i.e main plant Room of GMCH Jammu for installation. Installing the compressor on its original position and Then recharging the plant with fresh refrigerant gas R-407- 150 Kg and opening the butterfly valves to circulate water and then making all the electrical connections testing of chillar plant on no load and on full load.
