Accessories required including supply & fixing of straight MS 100x50mm top channel (2240mm long) one no. dropper channel/Angle 100x50 mm 2 nos. with arrangement of fixing 6 nos. pin insulator as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I. Only pole & insulator supplied by the dept.

Errection of ST pole by digging of pit fixing of pole and proper ramming mounting of Top Dropper Channnel with another existing pole for expose the cable at Chandrashekhar park LT S/S 22000

Grouting of STP in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESSPO norms.

Painting of ST Pole with Red Oxide and AL painting as per RESPO specification.

Ordinary earthing by MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. Only GI wired shall be supplied by the department.

Laying , stringing and sagging of Dog Conductor in as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Laying of Cable 11 KV XLPE cable (3x35/70/120/170/185) sqmm in pakka road by Drilling method laying Double Circuit cable as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Laying of 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable in HDPE Pipe under Railway Line by Drilling Method

Hoisting of 11/.415 KV XLPE Cable will be passed through MS Pipe duly clamped pole at the bottom, middle and top of the pole.
