| 1 | Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 380 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including making perforations in precast slab as per drawing weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer.Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.4. Rate shall also include Transportation of the casted RCC hatch blocks and placing in position within the tolerances specified in drawings or specifications. 5. EOT Crane available in the building shall be utilised for Lifting and positioning the hatch blocks.6. Hatch covers are available at various elevation within cells from floor level to maximum height of 17m. 7. Rate is including of all temporary scaffoldings, staging within the rooms as necessary for the work. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: Once the scope of work envisaged in this contract is completed in one location, the scaffolding shall be removed and considered NOT REQUIRED again. Bidders shall quote accordingly. |
| 3 | Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. | 4 | Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 5 | Supply, placing and levelling in position of lifting ring conforming IS 2760 or equivalent in concrete works by providing and using steel templates wherever required, including tools, tackles and equipment etc.., complete for all elevation as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in-charge. Note : 1. The material of lifting ring is Alloy steel grade 80 only and it is elliptical in shape. Size will be determined based on the weight of the hatch to be casted. 2. Material and Safe Working load test certificate is required for all rings. |
| 6 | Placing, aligning, levelling in position to correct lines and levels of all assorted size of CS or SS sleeves, pipes, bolt assemblies, fixtures etc in concrete works by providing and using steel templates wherever required, including tools, tackles and equipment etc complete for all elevation.Note: 1. Jigs and fixtures will be paid under relevant item. 2. Material will be paid under relevant item or issued by department free of cost. |
| 7 | Stepped Sleeve EPs: Carbon Steel Sleeves for In-Cell Services: Scope includes supply of ASTM A53 Grade B CS seamless pipes varying from DN 200 to DN 350, 6mm to 20 mm thick C.S. plates, 16mm to 28mm thick hollow sections conforming to IS 2062 Grade B and fabrication of sleeves with flanges and anchors as per tender drawings including handling, transportation, marking, cutting, machining of flanges, fit up and SMAW welding using E7018 electrodes of approved make and thorough cleaning. The rate inclusive of supply and painting of exposed faces of EPs with two coats red oxide primer and erection at site true to elevatins. Supply of 1.6mm thick C.S. sheets conforming to IS 2062 Grade B and covering ends of all pipe sleeves by stitch welding is also in the scope of item rate. All weld joints shall be tested 100% by LPE on final pass except anchorage welds. |
| 8 | Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Supply and application of 4 coats of Epoxy paint from approved manufacturer & approved shade and approved colour to interior walls, columns, beams, ceiling gantry platform and as indicated in the drawings including preparation of the surface to be painted, by surface grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter, open voids, water cleaning, protecting the plate EP's, pipe EP's, closed steel boxes, edge angles with masking tape, applying primer coat, one coat of putty mixed with epoxy, filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by approved wall putty mixed with epoxy, removal of roughness in plastered surface with one or two coat of putty, applying epoxypaint by airless spray gun or roller brush with necessary ventilaton system, exhaust fans for proper release of gas, using boom lift, scissor lift, or any other advanced machineries, all materials, tools - tackles, equipment, materials, labour, necessary cleaning equipment, etc,. all complete as per manufacturer specification at all elevations and directed by the EIC.Note: Rate includes following 1. Two or more shade with 500 micron thickness shall be envisaged in a structure. 2. Wetfilm thickness and Dry film thickness shall be checked at frequent intervals and as per QA requirements. 3. Rate shall also include preparation of concrete/ wall surface by breaking (if required), chipping, surface grinding and making the concrete surface smooth by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering as indicated by EIC.4. Painting in confined areas also envisaged in this item. Embedments / equipments available in the room shall be protected with masking tape or by alternate arrangements. |
