Routine servicing & maintenance of AMF panel and 1 No. 100 KVA D.G. Set (Kirloskar make) installed in Extension Building Punjab & Haryana High Court, Sector-17, Chandigarh. The DG set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery oil filters battery lead temp. gauge oil filters, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, battery lead temp. gauge, greasing of parts and other minor repair for proper working of the DG set including the cost of all the petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The other major components will be paid extra as required at site on actual work done basis.

Service of 100 KVA D.G. Set of Kirloskar make including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of supply & erection of the following parts and other, petty material like o-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Fuel filter = 1 No.

Air Filter only servicing and cleaning

Supply and filling of Coolant = 2 Ltr.

Supply and filling of Coolant = 2 Ltr.

Supply and filling of Engine oil 20/40 grade Castrol / valvoline make only suitable for 100 KVA DG Set. The job includes all labour & petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 12 Volt. Battery having 24 plate and 150 AH capacity after dismantling the old battery. The battery should be of Excide X-Press make only. The battery should be fully charged before installation. The cost includes labour and transportation charges for completion of the job. The battery shall be guaranteed for one year and the date of installation shall be mentioned on the batteries with the marker duly signed by the S.O / SDE In-Charge.
