Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Source Transfer System (ASTS) panel fabricated out of 10 SWG (3mm) CRCA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, wall mounted on angle iron frame, with powder coated finish after 7 tank treatment process, suitable for 415V ±10%, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz system, comprising of the following:1) 4 Pole 315A 50kA electronically operated MCCB with microprocessor release for Main supply - 1 Nos.2) 4 Pole 315A 50kA electronically operated MCCB with microprocessor release for Generator supply - 1 Nos.3) Mechanical and electrical interlocking arrangement to prevent simultaneous closing.4) Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) controller shall be incorporated with under/over voltage protection, phase failure & phase sequence protection, short circuit protection, adjustable time delay for DG start & transfer, automatic re-transfer to mains with cool-down timer.5) Controller shall have a display to show Mains ON, DG ON, Load reading on Mains, Load reading on DG.6) The controller shall be provided with a three-position selection mechanism enabling selection between AUTO, MANUAL and TEST modes for operational flexibility and maintenance purposes.7) Necessary control MCBs, relays, timers, wiring with ferruling, cable glands, lugs etc. shall be incorporated inside the panel.8) 50X6 Copper busbars with heat shrink sleeves shall be provided.9) Suitable earthing terminals shall be provided.The ASTS shall be compatible with existing DG control system for auto start and stop.
