Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (upto all depth & width as well as on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge inlcuding carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to any distance outside the periphery of the area cleared.nlcuding carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in builtup section for barbed wire/ G.I Febric Chain link fencing, including cutting, hoisting, fixing and welding in position complete in all respect. including carraige of matterial in all leads and lift.

Finishing with Delux Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications inlcuding carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Painting steel work with Delux Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacturer.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia at top, 20 cm at bottom and 90 cm high precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) boundary stone as per standard design, including finishing smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (cost of excavation, refilling and concreting to be paid for separately) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
