Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2 ft High Post with 6 Nos. Horizontal Wires – Electric Fencing System for Security, this fencing system shall consist of posts (2 ft in height) made of SS tube with 6 Nos. horizontal runs of electric fence wire. The wire shall be 1.5 mm high tensile stainless steel of suitable size. The scope includes all secondary materials such as insulators, etc., and is complete as required. It also includes cutting, welding, and fixing charges. Note: In this fencing system, the minimum distance between 2 Nos. height posts shall be 10 ft. Each span between 2 Nos. height posts shall have 6 Nos. horizontal wire runs.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, cutting, grinding (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Erection of stay set complete (galvanised) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of long life Maintenance Free Earthing System. The Rod shall be of Copper Bonded Steel with 25 mm dia. and l0 feet length with a core of mild steel molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.99% pure electrolytic grade Copper and exothermically welded Cu Busbar of 50X6X200mm tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 25 kA. Along with earth enhancement compound (jam plus) tested by RoHs complying IEC 62561-7 in a sealed bag of minimum 50 kg ( 10 kg Bag x 5) resistivity is less than 0.12 ohm meter .
