This BOQ template must not be modified / replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevant columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only.2. Quote shall be inclusive of detailed drawing preparation charges (for Lara 2x800 MW project alone), raw material procurement, manufacturing / fabrication, internal inspection & testing charges (NDE, heat treatment, chemical / mechanical testing etc), IBR documentation & inspection charges (for IBR Piping), painting and freight charges (Ex-Works offers will not be considered). BHEL’s TPI inspection charges shall be to BHEL’s account. Transit insurance shall be in BHEL’s scope. GST shall be extra and shall not be included in the quoted rates. Refer Annexure D- Terms & Conditions prior to quoting.3. Bidder is requested to exercise utmost caution and take care of Unit of Measurement while quoting the rates.4. In case quoting for a Piping System, all the items of the Piping Systems as per BOM of that Piping System shall be quoted for failing which bid submitted for such Piping System will be rejected.5. Bidder is advised not to quote ‘0’ (zero) against any of the Schedule No. Zero quoted as a rate will not be considered as a valid quote and the same will be ignored. Bidder who do not wish to quote for any particular Schedule No is advised to leave the space blank for that particular Schedule No in the Price Bid.
