| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled non Inverter ducted units of the undermentioned capacity, supply and charging of eco-friendly refrigerent R-410A, hard drawn copper refridgerent piping between indoor and out door units, control cabling between indoor & out door units, canvas flexible connections at indoor units, provide rigid PVC drain piping 25 mm dia up to nearest drain point, package AC should comprising of hermetically sealed scroll compressor, cooling coil internally grooved copper tubing with aluminium fins, fans, motor, safety devices, hydrophilic coated suitable to work till 50°C ambient temperature, with special blue condenser fiins constructed from galvanized powder coated sheets, with fire retardant EPE insulation for the evaporator coil, and consits of DIDW type centrifugal blowers with forward curved blades, including grouted on ribbed rubber pads as vibration insulators alongwith all standard fittings, HP/LP cutout, single phase preventer, OLR suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply, including required foundation for base, MS frame stand for outdoor unit including fabrication work and installation work complete all as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/floors/ceiling with existing finishes and electric switch breakers fixed on cable tray complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Items such as charging of gas, refrigerant piping, control cabling, draining piping used shall deemed to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. |

| 12 | Supply installation and commissioning of electrical control panel cubical wall/floor mounting type panel board fabricated with 3 mm CRCA sheet powder coated, aluminium bus bar of suitable Amps as per OEM, double door IP54 protection. Panel shall be as per CPRI standards, duly specified and recommended by OEM with necessary electronic and electrical items to be accommodated inside along necessary internal wirings as required from control panel to respective isolators etc shall be consideredas complete all as specified and directed and fitted with following items:- Incomer:- (a) MCCB 160 Amps -1 No(b) Metering set: 1 Set 3 Nos Led indicator lamp and manual funtional meater Meter with adequate CT with CL1 accuracy (c) Bus bar of suitable Amps Outgoing:-(a) MCCB 4pole 63 Amps 10KA for outdoor units -6 Nos |
