| 1 | Notes for whole BOQ : (i) The complaints in respect of AC and other equipment to be repaired under this contract shall be registered by contractor at the E/M complaint cell of AGE E/M (ii) Stationary required such as complaint book, job cards etc shall be arranged by the contractor and proper record shall be maintained by the contractor.(iii) Tools, Technician with helper and Transport with driver for attending of all the complaints shall be arranged by contractor. (iv) The rate quoted by the contractor for the items of BOQ shall be inclusive of cost of works under note (i) to (iii) above. (v) The said complaints shall be rectified within 12 Hrs of the registration of the complaints failing which recovery of Rs.1000/ per complaint per day shall be made for contractor's due payment (vi) The stores/item required for the comlaints shall be measured separately under relevant items of BOQ(vii) The repair of AC and other equipment shall be carried out a trained ITI qualified technician only. |
| 2 | Material and labour for Descaling of condenser tubes required to meet the designed pressure conditions and cooling specifications for desired rate of flow of refrigerant in compressor and water in condenser including circulation of chemical inside tubes and cleaning tubes, provision of new gaskets, in every 03 months etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares required to be measured and paid separately under relevent items. |

Note: (i) Oil shall be brought by the contractor at site from authorised dealer/manufacturer company in sealed canes of standard packing with test certificate and purchase Vrs.(ii) Re-filling shall be done in the presence of Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Nitrogen testing for the any capacity of compressors including condensing unit and gas piping complete as per the manufacturer instructiions and entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Nitrozen pressure should be held with out any drop in pressure inside the unit continue for 24 hrs after leakage testiing required gas will be fill and satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. |

| 11 | M&L dismantling electric motor of any make, 3 phase 415V of following capacity, opening the motor for rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding as per manufacturer design including varnishing & drying and re-assembling the motor, connecting with proper alignment and testing complete including transporting to workshop for rewinding complete all as specified and directed. |
