LMR - Providing and fixing 100 mm thick, UPVC double skin partition wall – partly with UPVC profile up to 1100 mm from FFL and rest of the portion up to false ceiling with glass, the properties of glass shall meet the ECBC and NBC 2016 requirements. Minimum thickness of glass shall be 10 mm. G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Note: UPVC partition should be provided with concealed electrical wiring as per architectural drawing (Necessary shop drawings shall be prepared and submitted by the Contractor and work shall be executed after obtaining approval from E-in-C).

DSR 9.147C - Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Note: For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

DSR 9.147C.1 - Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door up to 2.00 sq. m.).

LMR - Providing and fixing 3 mm thick mate finishing vinyl flooring on the existing tile floor, The vinyl floor should be 2m width and roll length 25m to reduce more joints. The flooring having good anti chemical/slip performance.
