Wherever insulating the pipe lines which are found to be no U clamps, shoes and saddle supports same shall be fabricated and proveded by SMAW welding and shall be fixed with ISMC sheets and new fasteners. The required MS plate and fasterners will be supplied by the deaprtment as free issue material.
