| 1 | Attending maintenance and minor repairs for all forklifts of various capacities,mobile crane, reach stackers,aerial lift machineries, empty container handlers, turbo trailers,spreaders and other stationary equipment/machineries at workshop in three shifts, including filling of POL, periodic cleaning and greasing, routine maintenance of batteries,etc as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge(EIC), including the cost of all labour charges (Minimum HSM-01NO,SM-02 Nos,SSM-03Nos& USM 06 Nos)minor tools, GST, LWC and gate entry charges for workmen but excluding the cost of spares, lubricants and other materials required which shall be supplied by the department free of cost., with deployment of the required manpower as directed by the EIC. The agency shall provide PMB gate entry passes for the workmen and their vehicles ,as well as personel protective equipments(PPE) and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills. |
| 2 | Attending miscellaneous works for cargo handling equipments at Haddo wharf such as keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the workshop area, helping hands for the operation and maintenance of machineries, minor breakdown, repair etc for two shifts in a day including sundays and holidays throughout the year as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all labour charges (Minimum deployment of 01 Unskilled Labourer (USM) per shift), charges for gate entry for workmen, GST, LWC etc., complete, to be attended with required manpower as directed by EIC. BUT EXCLUDING The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle, personnel protective equipments which shall be reimbursed at actuals on production of original bills/ vouchers. |
| 3 | Collection compiling the datas which are related to the cargo handling equipments, maintenance and its operation, entering by typing and keep the datas in the sub division office including cost of all labour charges(Minimum SM-02 Nos) charges for gate entry pass for workmen ,GST, LWC etc.. complete, to be carried out with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle,to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills. |
| 4 | Attending repair work by removing mast frame assy/ carriage assy/axle assy of Forklifts, dismantling the same, cutting all the stiffener /support frame part, straightening the frame beam, making precise alignment, making V-groove in frame & support frame part and welding with high tensile special welding rod and filling the V-groove, grinding, finishing welded portion, making necessary late work, re-assembling back to forklift . Rate including all spares/consumbles, labour charges, minor tools & GST etc.. complete. |

| 8 | Attending repair /overhauling of engine, gear box (Transmission assy), differential, alternator, self starter & turbo charger of 05 Ton /10 Ton forklifts by removing from the forklift, dismantling, cleaning, degreasing, inspecting, making necessary lathe work, eplacing all the required spare parts, then assembling all the dismantled parts, fitting to the forklift, testing, commissioning etc., rate including all apares/consumables for overhauling of engine, alternator, self starter & turbo charger and excluding cost of spares for repairing of gear box & differential which will be supplied by department on free of cost, but including cost of labour charges, minor tools & GST etc., complete. |
| 9 | Attending major overhauling of engine including replacement of all required spares, testing & commissioning with minimum 06 months warrantee. |
| 10 | Attending servicing/repairing of Gear Box (transmission assy)/ Differential excluding cost of spares which will be supplied department on free of cost. |
| 11 | Attending servicing, repair, overhaul and testing of a 12V vehicle/equipment battery charges alternator, including dismantling, replacement of damaged internal components(Windings, bearings, regulator), rewinding as required, reassembling, bench testing and reinstalling all including labour, material, GST and other charges as per the direction of EIC etc complete. |
