The items for this BOQ are mentioned and published in separate attached PDF File . Bidders are requested to submit their Percentage Rate Either ADD OR DEDUCT for the subject tender.Due to technical constraint at Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), the bidder have to mandatorily quote for all the Parts in the BOQ Excel file. Since, in the subject tender, the Bidder has the choice of quoting for either individual Part or all Parts, the Bidders are requested to clearly mention their willingness for which part they are quoting in the Annexure 1 – Letter of Application and BOQ. For completing the technical requirement, the Bidder will have to quote a notional rate of 1% in the part in which they don’t wish to participate and mention “NOT QUOTED” in the BOQ Excel File.
