| 6 | Providing premix bituminous macadam with 4% bitumen binder by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (I) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 4% as per per actual design mix, The price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all purchase voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. if the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 4% no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (II) Job mix formula for bituminous macadam shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE.(iii) The Contractor shall submit certificate issued to Hot mix plant that plant is SDAC compliant before incorporating work at site. The Hot Mix plant visit has to be organized by Contractor for approval of GE.(iv) The plant shall be automatic type which must have facility to print the details of composition of material incorporated with all batches of SDAC. |
| 7 | Preparingof existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 05 kg per 10 sq metre on existing black top surface, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 wiith 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (I) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per per actual design mix, The price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all purchase voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. if the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5% no price adjustment shall be made for the same. | 10 | Premix sand seal coat using (paving bitumen ) @ 6.8 kg / 10 sqm blinded with sand @ 0.06 cum /10 sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | M& L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements adequate no of coatsand the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with special applicator machine all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced, complete all as specified |
| 13 | PCC 1:5:10 ( nominal mix) type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for tiling , complete all as specified. |

| 15 | Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade, fixed with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | PCC 1:2;4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of wall / protecting interlocking tiles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified. |
| 17 | Dismantaling of stone slabs and tiles / Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any description or thicknes in flors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed any mortor, complete all as specified. |
