| 21 | Supply of LED Flood light Luminaires of Wattage 200 watt with IP 66 rating. ANSI rated LEDs from reputed makes such as LG/ Nichia, Japan/ Cree, USA/ Bridgelux, USA/ Lumiled USA/ Osram/ Philips should be provided. LEDs shall have optical grade polycarbonate/ PMMA lens to provide street light distribution. The fixture should be made of pressure die cast Aluminium having heat sink in Aluminium Extrusion and clear flat glass. The driving current for LED should be Max 1A ±10 % .CCT should be 5700 K (+-300K). The efficacy of fixture should be at least 120 lumens/ watt. The power factor of driver should be > 0.9 and the THD < 10% & Internal surge Protection should be 4Kv with external surge protection should be at least 10Kv for better safety of fixture where CRI > 70%. The job includes boring of 300mm dia bore up to 5.5 mtr depth in any type of strata/ soil for placing/ lowering the pipe in pipe electrode, filling of pure conductolite back filling compound (BFC Conductolite) having excellent moisture retaining capacity in 300mm bore all around the electrode min 4 bags of 25 KG per pit per unit.The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions.
