| 8 | Cleaning the septic tank/ sludge chamber of any depth/ area/ condition including taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed containers and depositing in excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.(ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate.(iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor. |
| 9 | M&L for Disludging Man Holes by taking out sludge and foreign materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including sprinking of bleaching powder over the pits. (a) Depth of manhole upto 2 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for Cleaning the blockage gully trap/ floor trap/ nahani trap (up to first manhole) by rodding complete enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manhole removing the sludge and other materials from the manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes outside MD land and clearing the complete area incl making good any complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 150mm dia by rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rods so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to the next man hole including pumping of sewage water wherever required, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 200mm dia by rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rods so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to the next man hole including pumping of sewage water wherever required, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Desilting of Drains in any condition (including foul condition) with necessary de-watering and temporary diversion of drain water as required including disposal of spoil to outside MD land including removing and replacing cover slabs complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed. |

| 17 | M&L for day-to-day complaints of cleaning of chocked up sewage line and manhole, gully trap, WCs, or waste pipes by rodding or by any means, taking out sludge, mud or any foreign material appeared due to daily uses, day-to-day complaints of cleaning of chocked up sewage line and manhole etc to Gaur Enclave, MES Colony, Sub Joginder Singh Line, Hema & Thimiya line & Ganesh Enclave are to be received daily from the complaint cell of AGE B/R-V GE (MCTE) Mhow and entire complaints are to be attended on the same day. Minimum number of labour with specialized experience will not be less than one per day complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | M&L for Fly ash Brickwork straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement morter 1:4, using fly ash bricks, (Including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge) complete all as specified and directed. |
