Name of Work:- REPAIR / MAINT OF OXIDATION CHAMBERS, IRON REMOVAL FILTER & REPAIR REWIRING OF PUMP SETS, PERIODICAL CLEANING OF OHT & UG SUBMP AND STP / ETP & SLUDGE HOLDDING PVC TANK INCLUDING SUPPLY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS INSTALLED IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA.

Disconnection of inlet, outlet, and back wash connections from existing Iron Removal Plant, Pressure Feed Type with FRP vessels [Comprising of 01 (One) No. Oxidation Plant of overall size 680 mm dia. & 600 mm Height, and 01 (One) No. Iron Removal Filter of overall size 2800 mm dia. & 2200 mm Height ] of 15000 GPH capacity, opening carefully the manhole/handhole covers, taking out old filtration media from inside the vessels and deposited at a distance n. exceeding 50 Meters, including cleaning the vessels internally by descaling washing down with water, including cleaning the external surfaces of vessels alongwith frontal pipings and including recharging of Filtration Media, refixing of PVC strainer etc. as per OEM specifications and including reconnection of pipelines, refixing of manhole/handhole covers, testing and commissioning of IRP, including painting with one coat of black bituminous paint including preparation of surface suitable for drinking water inside the vessels complete all as specified and directed at Domestic Pump House.
