Name of Work:- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment work over roof of PH-I (3x105MW), PH-III, & PH-IV THP MPPGCL, Sirmour, Deolond & Jhinna.

Non UCSR Item - Removing and cleaning the exciting waterproofing laying including dust clirt and all loose particles from the surface of the roof construction joint by cropping and then applying modified polymer motor to make the surface good free from local depression /unclulations and to the level of the rain water pipes there after providing and link a court of solvent based bitman primer of Dr fixit make @ 325 sqm per litre over the cleaned exciting surface and length 3 mm thick APP (Atactric poly propylene polymer) membrance of Dr. fixit make or torch shield or super the rmolay or equivalent over the primed surface and same shall be ficed firmed with the help of a gas furner i/c 100 mm over laping at the joints in all direction if required. No extra payment shall be made for over lapings. the joints shall be reated properly by heating and trawling to make the surface water light. The treatment shall be properly sealed as per instruction direction of Engineer in Charge - The guarantee period shall be 5 years from the completion date any seapage/leakage observed at treated surface work, it shall be attended by the firm/contractor at his cost. (Base rate 321.78 Sqm.)
