The successful bidder shall provide services as per the terms and conditions of this E-Rate Contract and the work orders issued by this office from time to time on various occasions. All kinds of charges are included in the estimated cost.Skilled, unskilled, and semi-skilled labour engaged for services shall be entitled to minimum wages, 13% EPF, 3.25% ESI, etc., as per the guidelines of the Labour Department. Hence, the bidder must include all costs in the tender premium before quoting the tender premium rate. All applicable taxes are include in the estimate cost. No additional charges shall be payable under any circumstances.
