Name of Work:- Repair/Replacement of end carriages, rails, steel wire rope and drive shaft of over head crane 5 Ton capacity at Pump House JC-4.

Replacement of wheel having teeth’s (approx dia 350mm -125mm thickness, double flanged, forged or cast steel, hardness 50-55 HRC) along with drive gear (50-55 HRC) and other unforeseen item so as to repair complete end carriage as per site requirement.

Repairing of rails (square bar 50x50mm) by welding, grinding and straightening/ aligning as per site requirement.

Replacement of steel wire rope (Dia 12mm as per latest IS code – length approx 30 meter) and bearings of its drum.

Replacement of MS drive shaft of dia 30mm with min 40mm dia shaft of required length (approx 8mtr) complete with coupling, bearing/ bushes as per site requirements.
