| 2 | Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I. |

| 5 | Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed. |

Head made out of ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High Intensity Prismatic Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125 mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25mm wide including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 250x250x400mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | S & F in repair for double legged informatory sign board single as well as double sided of size 900x600 mm fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the stainless steel rounded pipe. The boards are of high intensity Green/Blue or as required colour grade retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 3mm thick Alco bond sheet conforming to IS-736 to be covered with High intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/ Blue as per IRC standard. The Board are made on Alco bond sheet as per required size. Retro Reflective sheeting is fixed on this Alco bond sheets with suitable adhesive. The letter writing is done with computerised cut machine and fixed on this Retro Reflective sheeting. This Board is mounted on stainless steel Frame of size 40mm rounded pipe of Gde 304. This Board Fixed on the frame with POP rivets. Two leg post of stainless steel rounded pipe of size 50mm dia of Gde 304 fixed to the board. Length of the Ieg post is 3.00M and fixed with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 of size 300x300x450mm as per sample kept in MES office complete all as specified and as directed. |
