| 16 | Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; coping benching, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate includes for use of form work (straight or curved). |
| 17 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry or cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 21 | Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed. |
