Dismantling, lifting and removal of existing deformed and damaged fixed strainers from its guide channels after necessary gas cutting etc. of the M S structure including lifting the same with the help of chain pulley, tripod or any other suitable means as per direction of EIC. Size of each strainer(9ft X 9ft).

Making barricade with bamboo, wooden ply, wire rope, sand bags etc. in front of strainers to prevent the collapse of liquid sludge and easy lifting the damaged strainer.

Complete strenghtening the entire buckled strainers at the work shop by hydraulic jack/press in order to gate its correct shape and size as per direction of EIC.

Strenghtening the entire strainers by cutting and welding of the fabricated MS angle, channel section etc.

Complete removal of residual stress set up internally into the materials of the MS strainers by means of necessary heat-treatment process.

Complete dismantling the guide channels of the fixed strainer into the intake channels by necessary cutting/unscrewing the anchor bolts, nuts etc. from the RCC wall as per direction of EIC..

Through cleaning & straightening the entire guide channels by screw jack and manual hammering for maintaining 90 degree to the horizontal as per direction of EIC.

Re-installation of the strainer into its original position after through repairing with the help of chain pulley, tripod or any other suitable means as per direction of EIC.

M S structure works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structureal members (e. g. joints, angle, channel sections conforming to connected to another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design and direction of EIC complete including cutting).
