| 1 | Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing And commissioning of indoor low tension control panel in sheet steel execution, dust & vermin proof suitable for floor mounting manufactured out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick as per specifications here under:- The cubical panel is to be extensively pre treated and then epoxy powder coated in light gray shade. Tinned Copper Bus bars for 3 Phases And neutral to carry continuous current of 400 amps are required to be provided by fixing the same on Glass reinforced L.T. bushings. The panel shall be complete with provision of single compression brass cable gland of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should have hinged door at front & back for each chamber. The panel shall comprise of the following:- INCOMING FEEDER ----- (2 Nos) Each shall comprise of the following: 1. Digital voltmeter (0-500V) with selector switch. 2. Digital Ammeter (0-400 A) with selector switch with Suitable current Transformers on each phase. 3. Phase indicator lamps, ON, OFF indicators 4. 4 Pole, Moulded Case Circuit Breaker. 415V, 400A with thermal magnetic release A. OUTGOING FEEDERS:-02Nos. 1. Digital Ammeter (0-100 A) with selector switch with Suitable current Transformers on each phase. 2. ON, &OFF indicators. 3. Molded Case Circuit Breaker, 415V, 100A with thermal magnetic release. 4. L&T make Star/ Delta starter -MN 25 suitable for 30 HP Induction motor 5. ON, OFF Push Button on front Panel B. OUTGOING FEEDERS :- 02 Nos. 1. Digital Ammeter (0-100 A) with selector switch with Suitable current Transformers on each phase. 2. ON, & OFF indicators. 3. Molded Case Circuit Breaker, 415V, 100A with thermal magnetic release. 4. L&T make Star/ Delta starter -MU2 suitable for 20 HP Induction motor. 5. ON, OFF Push Button on front Panel. C. OUTGOING FEEDERS :- 02 Nos. 1. Digital Ammeter (0-30 A) with selector switch with Suitable current Transformers on each phase. 2. ON, &OFF indicators. 3. Molded Case Circuit Breaker, 415V, 63 A with thermal magnetic release. 4. L&T make DOL starter -MUG-10 suitable for 10 HP Induction motor. 5. ON, OFF Push Button on front Panel. D. OUTGOING FEEDERS:- comprising of the following:- 1. 4 Pole MCCB - 100 Amp - 2 Nos 2. TPN Disconnector Switch with HRC Fuses -100 Amps - 2 nos 3. TPN Disconnector Switch with HRC Fuses -63 Amps - 2 nos 4. TPN Disconnector Switch with HRC Fuses -32 Amps - 2 nos 5. SPN Disconnector Switch with HRC Fuses -16 Amps - 2 nos All the above Incoming and outgoing feeders are to be housed in separate compartments. All the Outgoing feeders as above are to b compulsorily connected with bus bars of suitable size to the Incoming side. |
