Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Site - in – charge at boundary wall of Megheswar Temple Bhubaneswar .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required at boundary wall of Megheswar Temple Bhubaneswar.

Providing and laying cement concrete with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, coping etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing at boundary wall of Megheswar Temple Bhubaneswar.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture at boundary wall m.s. grill structure of Megheswar Temple, Bhubaneswar.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Site-in-charge.
