Carrying out structural audit and submit structural stability and suitability report of buildings situated in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane region. I.Detailed visual inspection by the experienced structural engineer and providing distress map, collecting and submission of photographs of the structure. II. Identification of location and performing non-destructive testing on structural members as per relevant Indian standards such as rebound hammer test , ultrasonic pulse velocity test, Half cell potentiometer test, Carbonation test , chemical analysis –PH, Chloride,SO3: core meter and core test at identified suitable and appropriate locations, recording of test readings with location details in standard format in explicit way III. Submission of structural audit report along with structural stability and suitability certificate for installation of 09 metre pole structure along with concerned accessories such as antennae, battery, power plant etc as per the tender document.
