Operation and Maintenance of Main water pump House in 03 shifts G -Type over head tanks, E-Type over head tanks, DSC over head tanks and Nursary over head tanks at HVF Esate . The water supply systems in HVF Estate shall be operated without any interruption. The Operation and Maintenance involves the following jobs as per Annexure 'C' Details description for the work

Testing of water samples at the WPH and the end user area of North and South Zone of Estate quarters. The test shall be done at King Institute, Guindy, Chennai-600 032 (Tamilnadu Government Lab). The samples shall be tested for drinking and potability which includes Physical, Chemical and Biological tests. (for 1 month = 3 samples.Hence for 12 months =3 x 12=36 samples for year.)

Operation and Maintenance of bore wells on 24/7 basis (ANNEXURE - E) The operator should fill the water, from bore wells to overhead tanks of each residential / public buildings on daily basis. The Bore well systems in HVF Estate shall be operated without any interruption. The details of the work involved is enclosed as ANNEXURE D

Removing of PVC/G.I pipes from bore wells. Any class of 40 to 50 mm (including all fitting )including disconecting with taking out of submersible pumpsets etc, carefully with out any damage.

Lowering of 40 to 50 mm PVC/G.I pipes any class (including all fitting )including conecting with taken out submersible pumpsets etc, carefully with out any damage.

Cleaning of existing borewells with compressed air inserted in bore of any size to remove the silt/mud deposited inside the bore well and as specified and directed Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
