| 2 | Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of main fire hydrant centifugal pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 75 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area, mounted on a common base frame. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, replacement of damaged bearings if any, motor and pump alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note- Complete servicing done twice in contract period. |
| 3 | Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electrically driven jockey pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 15 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area ,mounted on a common base frame. Servicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of damaged bearings if any and complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Complete servicing done twice in contract period. |
| 4 | Servicing of Diesel engine driven pump set capacity 70 KVA/84 HP installed at Fire fighting section at Auditorium and UGBO at 23 Wing AF including carrying out maintenance check alongwith following repairs:-(a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning.(b) Replace engine oil filter catridge with new one.(c) Renew fuel filter catridge with new one. (d) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts.(e) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator.(f) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new ones as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(g) Testing of Disel operated pump set after servicing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Cleaning of air cleaner filter and renew after period of hrs run as specified by manfacturers manual.Note:-(i) Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pins, clips etc shall be supplied by the contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.(ii) The job shall be carried out minimum twice during the contract period or more than two times during the entire contract period if required.(iii) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing of engine shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L for complete setting of Fire Alarm/sprinkler control panel setting ,repair of unserviceable fire alarm at various locations in station(Map quarters,UGBO,Auditorium,SRE, 3003 SQN,256 SU,172 SU etc),checking of control panel for any defect once in a month in prescence of MES Rep,user and contractor and servicing once every month,change of PCBs if required,proper checking of electronic circuit and maintaining its records every month complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | S&F in repair Zone card for conventional fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | S&F in repair power supply card for conventional fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | S&F in repair alarm ACK/Reset card for conventional fire alarm control panel upto 24 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electric motor driven mono block booster pump suitable for 450 LPM discharge @ 35 mtr head located at fire fighting room near Auditorium. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, replacement of damaged bearings if any, motor and pump alignment and reinstalling it in serviceable condition as specified by the engineer-in-charge. Note- Complete servicing done twice in contract period. |
| 10 | Labour for cleaning of foot valve of pipes in connection to underground sump by emptying the sump well including replacement of minor unserviceable parts like gasket etc of foot valve up to 200 mm dia and refilling the sump well and making it in operational condition complete all as directed. |
| 11 | Material and Labour proper cleaning of UG Sump by emptying the sump and cleaning it properly once in six months i.e. two times during the entire contract period and refilling the sump and making it in operational condition as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Repair/Replacement of Response indicator with in built LED red and green colour by taking down the old U/S one and fixing new one including all fitting and labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Repair of leakage of gate valves/butterfly valves/joints etc connected in any size dia pipe if any during operation by proper tightening of nuts and bolts or replacing old washers and gaskets/seal by new one and removing any kind of leakages for proper functioning of sprinkler system as per requirement.
