| 1 | Providing labour for deployment of team consistiing of one electrion(ITI qualified) and two helper and providing transport and T&P for locating the fault in HT/LT line in OH/UG Line/cable by visual inspection recce of faulty area and repairs to the fault by means of replacement of Unservicable Jumpers /Fuse wires / Burnt lugs/all type of insulator/ MCCB etc. inclusive restraining of broken/loose ACSR conductorss/Earth wire etc Making tamporary connection if required to make the countinity of supply , The Cable required shall be given by department from AGE E/M store for temporary resume the power supply.The area coming under Sub Station No. 01, 2,05 & 5 ( Map pocket) shall be covered under the subject work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-chargeNote: (i) Materials requried for fault repairs will be measured under relevant items of this BOQ.(ii) Contractor will depute the dedicated team (one electician (ITI holder) and two helper)., Contractor will be responsible for the safety of his team deployed. No dispute regarding safety of person would be entertain later on. If any mishappening occures during rectifaction of fault in HT/LT lines contractor will be fully liable to bear all the expenses of staff deployed.(iii) Contractor will provide all set of T & P such as (a) HV (11000Volts) digital insulation tester (b) LV (1100V) digital insulation tester (c) Digital clamp meter up tp 1100 V and 1000Amps (d) Search light, rain coat (e) Cutting pliers (f) Screw Driver set, box spanner/wretched spanner (g) Allen key set (h) 11000V grade safety gloves, rubber boots, Safety belt and helmets, torch lights etc (i) Earthing rod (j) Bamboo ladder for desired height. (k) PVC tape roll (HV/LV) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan incl safety equipment such as Hand gloves, Rubber boots, safety belt and helmets etc communication device (Mobile Phone) to deployed persons, Electrcian team (One Electrician (ITI Holder and Two Helper) as per site requirement. (iv) On intimation of any type of repair/maintenance work of HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply and communicate with SBA on duty and getting permit card for working on HT lines and deposit the permit card after rectification of fault, all the activities shall be carried out within reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge.(v) Contractor will provide necessary complaint slip, complaint boook & permit book, contractor will direct the instructions to indis for lodgging the complaints duly marked the location, time and date for earlier rectifications.(vi) After getting the complaints, team deployed by the contractor will rectify the complaints within stipulated time i.e within 2 hours from the time of receiving of complaints.(vii) Contractor should also provide a dedicated supervisor for collection of complaints from SBA, JE, USER etc. He would be held responsible, in case complaints are not collected |
