| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 125 kVA (100 kW) Prime Rated Diesel Generator Set, Model GPWII-PIV-125C or equivalent, CPCB-IV+ compliant, complete with diesel engine, alternator, AMF/control panel, acoustic enclosure, batteries, fuel tank, exhaust system and all associated accessories. The DG Set shall have a gross engine power of 114 kW (155.1 HP) , TCAC (Turbo Charged After Cooled) system, 4 inline cylinders, displacement of 4.87 litres, bore × stroke of 108 × 133 mm, compression ratio of 16.8:1, rated speed of 1500 RPM, overspeed trip at 1650 RPM, CRS/G3 governor, isochronous frequency regulation and dry type air cleaner. The exhaust system shall be designed for a maximum allowable back pressure of 10 kPa before after-treatment and 5 kPa after after-treatment, with exhaust gas temperature of 525°C and DOC + SCR + ASC after-treatment system. The electrical system shall comprise a 12 V, 35 A charging alternator, 12 V starter motor and 12 V, 88 Ah battery. The fuel system shall be suitable for High Speed Diesel (HSD) conforming to IS 1460 and provided with a 200-litre fuel tank. Fuel consumption shall not exceed 26.80 LPH at 100% load and 19.80 LPH at 75% load. The lubrication system shall have a 10-litre sump capacity, oil change interval of 500 hours, lube oil consumption not exceeding 0.06% of SFC, spin-on type oil filter and recommended lube oil grade 15W40 API CI4+ (Greaves Maxtherm or equivalent).The scope of work shall include construction of a Plain cement concrete (PCC) pedestal/foundation of minimum size 4.00 m × 2.00 m, including excavation, PCC and all associated civil works. The work shall also include providing and erecting a structural steel shed of minimum 8ft clear height, complete with steel columns, trusses, purlins and colour-coated GI roofing sheets, along with adequate louvers, ventilators and access arrangements to ensure proper ventilation and safe operation of the DG Set. The item shall further include supply and installation of anti-vibration mountings, residential silencer, exhaust piping with supports, first filling of lubricating oil, coolant and fuel required for testing, complete earthing system including equipment and neutral earthing, and supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE armoured power and control cables from the DG Set to the electrical panel, including all accessories. The item shall be complete in all respects, including transportation, loading, unloading, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of the DG Set system in satisfactory working condition as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
