| 2 | Main Fascia board (Building Announcer)-Refer Design Document: Sign type 1.8 attached in Tender Document Providing and fixing following illuminated signs including all operations from Design, fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions, accordingly weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used. The sign shoud be compliant with IP 65.Letter face :Providing and fixing Blue Pantone 541C, 5mm thick acrylic. Channel letter face shall be made easily openable for maintainance.Back Channel :Channel letters not less than 60 mm deep would be made out of Stainless Steel to receive the front acrylic and house the controller and LEDs. All the letters would be made in profile to achieve true right angle. All mounting would be done in true plumb and using templet, keeping the alignment of the letters in one level.Lighting:All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting with the cable from the nearest junction box etc along with supplying of 10% spare LED Modules and Drivers.Mounting and structure – Providing and fixing sign frame made out of suitable size MS members (Not less than 50mm x 50mm X 2.5-3.0 mm thick) suitable to withstand heavy winds, P.U.Painted in white colour RAL 9003 to recieve the sign letters of 600 mm in height. Structural design along with its stability shall be approved from a Certified Structural consultant. Bird Spikes: UV Stabilized, extreme temperature proof transparent 75mm high Polycarbonate bird spikes mounted above the signAccessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.NOTE : The scope includes detailed site survey, preparation of artwork and structural drawings etc complete as per site requirements and submission to E-I-C for approval, prior to execution of the work |

Proper ventilation & heat dissipation arrangements as required by sign design need to be given by providing louvers / holes in sign frame / back side. Proper maintenance arrangements (provision for opening etc.) should be made to carry out routine / periodical maintenance of signage. The scope includes detailed designing, preperation of artwork, shop drawings etc as per site requirements and submission to E-I-C for approval prior to execution of the workSign Box : The sign box shall be made in 3mm thick aluminium(P.U.Painted in specific blue colour RAL 5013). Router cut, grooved and folded to acheive the desired shape and fixed with the internal frame structures. Sign Face : The sign face shall have laser cut profiles to receive milky white 5mm thick acrylic sheet from back and shall be provided with backlit LED lighting. All panels to be fixed from sides using counter sunk screws. Sign Structure : M .S. square sections 25 x 25 X 2.5 mm, 50 microns hotdipped galvanised Structure and powder coated in RAL 9006. Structure to be directly fixed on the existing building parapet/wall as per site measurements. Structure to receive the sign face.Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. (Minimum Dimensions : 150mm H X 400mm W to suit the site requirement/building aesthetics)The scope includes detailed site survey, selection of location, preparation of artwork etc as per site requirements and submission to E-I-C for approval, prior to execution of the work. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing Photoluminiscent signs for identification of Fire Extinguishers/Fire Hose/Fire Alarm/Fire Call Point/Fire Doors/At Fire Door: \\"Push Handle Down to open the door\\"/ At Lifts: \\"Incase of Fire do not use Lifts. Use stairs.\\"/Emergency Escape Direction Signages/Assembly Point Signs (Refer Design Document: Sign type 2.6 b&c attached in Tender Document ) etc of various sizes and shapes to suit the site requirement/building aesthetics by screen printing using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications.Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive photoluminiscent vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powdercoated white (RAL 9016) aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws as per specification and using provided artwork including all operations from procuring the correct materials and made to sizes as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-Charge including all installation activities like marking, alignment and fixing with screws into the wall/cladding/face to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The scope includes detailed site survey, preparation of artwork etc as per site requirements and submission to E-I-C for approval, prior to execution of the work |
