Drive- Microprocessor based VVVF-Closed Loop, gearless, variable voltage variable frequency drive, Auto rescue device (ARD), and also with Mechanical rescue device (manually rescue in case of ARD failure) Construction, Design and finish of the car Machine room less, Stainless steel ACO, SS Suspended ceiling with light.IRS, SS handrail On rear Side. devices. Providing fitting fixing of Lighting arrangement with protective measure in/c providing single phase main MCB point at Machine room, 3 pin socket &light point with switch in each floor & pit of the Lift shaft and the Electrical wiring should be provided with earthing through PVC casing or pipe etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC)(Unlimited Breakdown)) including repair orReplacement of all defective parts if any for 01(One) nos Elevator of 13 passenger capacity installed at Community Health Centre, Sidhai Mohanpur for a period of 03(Three) years w.e.f. 01.06.2027 to 31.05.2030
