| 95 | Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface with fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and upon curing forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane using product Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra (Product code- 5698) of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of makes M/s STP Ltd, M/s IWL India Ltd, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa (India) pvt ltd, M/s FOSROC Chemicals with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :-(a) Applying priming coat Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra as self priming with 33% water dilution with roller/ brush and allow to dry for 4-6 hours or as per manufacturer's instruction.(b) Applying first coat of water proofing Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra without dilution with roller and allow to dry for 4-6 hours or as per manufacturer's instruction.(c) Finally applying second coat of water proofing Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra without dilution with roller and allow to dry for 4-6 hours or as per manufacturer's instruction.Note:- The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.
