| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of microprocessor controlled VVV frequency drive electric driven passenger lift of 750 kg carrying 10 passengers ARD facility from ground plus two floors for a period of eleven months consisting of monthly visit by OEM and examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing the parts, keeping the lift and its accessories in perfect and working condition with repair replacement of all the defective spares all without affecting the normal functioning of lift complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The AMC inludes monthly visitis by OEM representative all the spares required to be replaced during the Contract period.(b) Monthly health report of the lift including replaced spares shall be submitted to duly sighned by the representative of the OEM.(c) All the repairs to be carried out strictly by the technician of the OEM . | 3 | Maintenance of EOT cranes for Eleven months installed at AFS gwalior including routine maintenance check i.e. periodical services shall be carried out in every months,attendance of unlimited break down calls & Load testing once during the contract period complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge along with following connected acessories :-Note :-1.Contractor should have atleast three year working experience. The EOT cranes shall be monthly checked for lubrication in moving parts, oil level in the gearbox & function of mechanical and electrical parts such as brakes, limit switches, bearing, motor operation, electrical switch geras in the Panel etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 2.The contractor shall arrange all the inspection facilities with qualified technician as approved by GE and inspect the Crane in every months and carry out servicing to check worthiness of cranes and ensure periodical serivicing & maintencance checks as recommended. The electrical and mechanical spares required will be measured and paid separetely under relevant items.The record of the same is to be maintained by the Contractor. | 4 | The scope of work shall include :- Safety Check –Checking of limit switches, Brakes, Wire rope, Wire rope clamps, ElectricalConnections, Supply voltage. Lubrication –Greasing of LT machinery, couplings & bearings. Oil level checking of GearBox, Greasing of Wire rope. Electrical Checking –Checking of contactors, over load relays, cleaning & tightening, electricalconnections, cable checking / tightening. Alignment Checking –Checking of motors & gearbox alignment for all motions. Motor Checking –Hoisting, CT & LT motors checking for proper current, resistance, voltages, Insulationtest. Brake Settings –Setting of brakes, checking of brake motor oil, checking of thruster oil, checking ofLiners / brake discs or brake shoes. Assessment of Crane condition & preparing spares planning. Inclusions:1. All necessary Standard Tools and Tackles and Safety PPE for serviceengineers will be arranged by Contractor. |
| 5 | Note : (i) The contractor will maintain a register for record of complaint received date & time (ii) Any break down attendance shall be attended within 72 hours on receipt of complaint .failing which a panilty @ Rs 2500 / day will be deducted from work done statement. (iii) The rate quoted against item is for inspection & testing& checking of U/S cranes , any sphares which are required for replacement to attend break down shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item.EOT crane 0.5 Ton capacity - 01 Nos |
