| 2 | Comprehensive day to day maint of the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/ socket/ ceiling rose/ holders/ fittings/ fixtures/ building security lights/ Gate light/ Garden light etc. any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of old u/s wiring/ conduits/ casing caping & connections etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 & 2:-(a) All T & P and labour team required comprising the Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily as directed.(b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penel recovery @ 100 Repees to be deducted per complaint not attended in the stipulated time frame.(c) Cost of minor stores such as screws, clamps, insulation tapes, nuts/ bolts, nail etc. of required size shall be deemed included in the above quoted item.d) Complaints where complete replacement of faulty circuit/ point wiring required, shall be measured under relevent item.(e) The contractor will be responsible for providing Job card clearly mentioned CA No and electrician No and after obtaining sign from concerned JE, he will address the compliant and deposit the same day complaint slip in complaint cell. |

| 6 | Supply & fix in repair sheet metal enclousure with a 3 pin (2 pin and earth) plug & socket complete with one MCB SP 20 Amps of breaking capacity 10KA, 'C' series, 240 volts including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Taking down existing Gysers 25 ltr including Overhauling/ Servicing and replacing of defective/ rusted parts and taking out U/S parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts and change of u/s three pin top, heating element, thermostat, bottom plate and heavy duty PVC connection hot/ cold, etc. Checking defects and re-assembling the Geyser after refixing serviceable/ new parts & cleaning, descaling, complete painting of the geyser with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting machine including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust, re-installed the geyser in suitable place/ position and connecting inlet-outlet connections & testing complete, refixing the geyser in existing position/ place and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter complete all as specified and directed. |
