Outgoing circuit shall be having 8Nos, 20A, DP MCB for individual switching of Lighting System. Loop In Loop out of 3.5CX95 Sq. mm Alumium Armoured cable shall be done from Bus bars for feedeing power supply to each masts. |
| 5 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1000W LED sports lighting floodlight stadium type fixtures complete with all accessories, outdoor type with following specification1. With highly efficient strong aluminium die cast housing and with heat resistant toughened glass along with proper heat dissipation system in the housing. 2. LED light Fixture should be Adjustable along both Horizontal and vertical axis & 30 deg beam angle3. Operating voltage: 150-250V, pf>0.95, frequencly:50Hz+3, Lumen level: 125lumen/watt (min.), pure white light colour, should have surge protection-min 6kV and CCT should be 5500-6500K, CRI>70 and LED chip of reputed make, THD<10%, IP66 protection (5 Years of Guarantee/Warranty is applicable in these lights). |
| 6 | Supply, laying with cable trenching, terminations, jointing, etc. of 3.5C x 50 sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade G.I. armoured XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable. The cables shall conform to Standard IS:7098 (Part I) – 1988 with latest amendment. |
| 7 | Construction of approved design of shallow foundation with M-25 concrete for the high mast, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sq.Mtr at 2 Mtr depth, with all materials and labour by Earth work in excavation, supplying and filling in plinth with sand, providing and laying in position cement concrete, reinforced cement concrete work, centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete, providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (detail as per annexure-A & B with drawing of STC in tender document of NIT) |
| 8 | Erection with suitable lifting equipment of 25 Mtr mast along with wiring of light fixtures using 3 Core 2.5 Sq.mm copper flexible cable with PG glands. |
| 9 | Earthing of High Mast and Panel with 3 Mtr long, 50 mm dia heavy gauge G.I. pipe using chemical bentonite powder, and connection with 25x6 mm G.I. earth flat, concrete earthing chamber and cover, etc., complete as per standard. (Transformer earthing is to be considered under Transformer items and as per specifications.) |
