| 2 | Recording of Hourly Reading of Electrical Parameters, monthly energy readings of 33kV / 11kV / 6.6kV / 415V system switch board for testing / analysis purposes, Assisting departmental staff for the day to day highly skilled operational activities of various substations, Attending fuse of calls pertaining to street lighting, Building lighting & power complaints in IGCAR campus during after office hours and holidays, changeover operations carried out to restore the supply system during fault trippings. Note: 1) The High skilled person having qualification, ITI(Electrician)/DEEE qualified electrician having “B”or “C” Electrical license and shall have minimum 2 years of experience in Operation and maintenance of substations. 2) Necessary register for recording the parameters will be provided by the Department free of cost. 3) 8 Hours shift is considered as one operation. 4) Shift includes Round the clock operation. |
| 3 | Carrying out day-to-day activities in Electrical Engineering related drawing of various types of buildings, Preparation of detailed drawings of various sizes using Auto Cad with design details provided by the respective Design Engineers, taking test prints/final tracings for the same on the plotter after corrections and also making necessary corrections in the existing drawings as directed by the Engineers-In-Charge. Also to check/verify and inclusion of co-ordinates for the existing cable route drawings based on the site layout. Note:1) The High skilled person having educational qualification required for the above activities is minimum 50% marks in SSLC with Science & Mathematics (OR) Minimum 50% marks in HSLC with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. (AND) ITI Trade Certificate not less than 2 year duration with minimum of 60% marks in Draughtsman Civil/Electrical. Desirable: Construction Experience for 3 years in Auto CAD in the relevant trade. 2) 8 Hours shift is considered as one operation. |

| 5 | Important Notes:-1. The service charge above quoted in percentage by the contractor shall take into account cost of contractor’s Administrative charge, contractor’s overhead charge, contractor’s profit and financial charges being incurred by the contractor to carry out business etc., 2. The minimum Service Charges has been fixed as 3% and the tenderer shall quote equal to or more than minimum charges of 3% over the total estimated cost. If a tenderer quotes below the minimum fixed percentage on total estimated cost, such tender shall be treated as invalid. Also it is mandatory to fill the column meant for quoting percentage rate. If this column is left blank the tender become invalid.3. The bidder shall quote only Service Charge in percentage rate (in figures only without including any special character such as %, etc.,) above the estimated cost taking into account of various above mentioned cost in Note 1 and 2. The decimal point of percentage quoted shall be only up to two decimal points. Up to two decimal point of percentage quoted only will be considered for evaluation of the bid and for the billing purpose. 4. Bid is liable for rejection if :-i. The contractor quotes service charge percentage less than 3% on the total amount of tender. ii. The contractor does not quote service charge, i.e. leaves the column blankiii. The quote is in Amount/Rupee only, instead of percentage.iv. If any special character (such as %, etc.,) is added with the quoted value5. In case the lowest tendered amount (estimated cost + amount worked on the basis of quoted percentage above on estimated cost of tender) of two or more contractors is same, such lowest contractors will be asked to submit sealed hard copy of revised offer in the form of letter mentioning percentage above on estimated cost of tender including all sub sections/sub heads as the case may be, but the revised percentage quoted above on tendered cost or on each sub section/ sub head should not be higher than the percentage quoted at the time of original submission of e-tender and not lower than 3%. The lowest tender shall be decided on the basis of revised offers only. If all the revised offers are same again then L1 bidder will be decided by draw of lot.6. Payment by IGCAR per operation will be based on wages mentioned in BOQ and attendance of the contract workers hence the bidder need not quote for Manpower. 7. Reimbursement of GST, EPF, ESI and bonus will be made by IGCAR on submission of documentary proof (from EPF and ESI authorities as well as documentary proof of payment of bonus to the contract workers) and reimbursement of GST will be made by IGCAR on submission of payment receipt/invoice, hence need not quote in financial bid.8. The estimated cost indicated above includes cost of manpower. Taxes and statutory levies are NOT included in the estimate but it will be reimbursed by the Department on production of relevant proof by the contractor except income tax payment.9. The quoted percentage rate shall not be applicable for reimbursement of GST, ESI/EPF employer's contribution, bonus and subsequent increase in minimum wages during the contract period on account of V.D.A / Basic wages as notified by the authority concerned. 10. The payment for actual execution shall be made as [Measured quantity X Estimate rate] plus applying percentage rate quoted over the cost of [Measured quantity X Estimate rate].11. The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based.12. The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications.13.
