(For LVH Dining back panel ) Supply , Installation , Testing & Commissioning of weather proof outdoor type, Dauble door type Panel Aluminium painted made of 12 SWG MS powder coated . The feeder pillar with dimension (Height – 1500 mm x W – 1250 mm x D – 800 mm) should consist of the following :- 1) 1250 Amp. MCCB--1 no, 2) 6300 Amp. MCCB--1 no,3) 400 Amp. MCCB--4 no,4) 250 Amp. MCCB--1 no, L&T/Schnider/Siemens/Legrand. b) 1500 Amp Al bus bar = 03 nos. c) 1000 A Al bus bar = 01 nos.for Nutral d) 50mmX6mm GI Earthing Bus bar =2 nos f) Iron angle frame with 6 nos. leg = 1 set. i) Danger plate & name plate & suitable base plate. j) Phase Indicating lamp LED both In side . Installation of above Panel with proper brick foundation & brick soiling from front side as well as back side of the feeder box and completely plastering. Job also includes making 2 nos. platform of PCC with brick flat soling each of area 1000 mm x 2000 mm on both sides of the Panel (front & back side) L1 Vender should be take approval of the panel drawing from the Engineering -Electrical.

( For MDC A1 &A3 Power Cable) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of weather proof out door type Feeder Pillar Aluminum painted made of 12 SWG MS Sheet double hinged biparting door at front and back side feeder box. The feeder pillar with dimension (Height-1250mm x W-950 mm x D-600mm) should consist of the following:- a)Porcelain fuse 400A, Havells make - 3nos b)Porcelain fuse 200A, Havells make - 12 Nos. c)Porcelain fuse 100A, Havells make - 3 Nos. d)50 x 6mm 400A copper Bus Bar - 4 Nos. e)20mm thick adequate size Bakelite Plate -1 No f) Fabrication & Painting of the feeder box -1 No. g) Iron angle frame frame with 4-Nos. legs-1Set. h) Danger plate & suitable size base plate-1 Set. Job include:- Installation the said feeder piller on concreat /brick foundation. The foundation should be plastering and painted with black paint.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 Mtr. Long 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and etc. with charcol/coke and salt as required. Including Earthing Strip 50X6 as required.

Any miscellaneous work not covered in present schedule but is required to be done on a as and when basis will be executed by the contractor. Work value will be ascertained based on rate analysis / original bill submission. 10% profit will be paid on original bil value submitted.
