| 6 | Supply and providing/fixing of galvanised steel tubing 40 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling, floor etc with clamps all as directed. |
| 7 | Supply and providing/fixing of galvanised steel tubing 20 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling, floor etc with clamps all as directed. |
| 8 | Supply & Fixing of 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimumweight 20mm-210gms ) all as per specification and as directed. |
| 9 | Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar & remove of dismantled material as specified. |
| 10 | Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of roofs, floors ( Other than ground floor) beams, chajjas, and other similar suspended works, All as directed. |
| 11 | Removing of demolised building materials etc. to a distance exc. 900 Mtrs. But not exc. 1.0 KM including loading and stacking at the destination (The quantity of demolished materials will be varyfied at destination) All as per specification and as directed. |
| 12 | Providing & Laying of reinforced cement concrete B1 type, 1:2:4 mix. (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc.as per specification as per directed. |
| 13 | Providing & Fixing of TMT bars 10mm Dia. and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 MM Dia or securing with clips quality confirming to EIC. |
