| 1 | Servicing of DG Set 250 KVA, checking Comprising of A , B and C checks at regular intervals for entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly , air cleaner assembly, lub oil hose flexible pipe , hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size , make and capacity of parts . Cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge.Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves / Mahindra Note : (a) Replacement of any new items mentioned in the servicing will be measured and paid separately under items Sr No 1.10 to 1.50 (b) Servicing will carried out through authorized service engineer of OEM. Contractor has to submit the MOU with OEM or authorized service centre by OEM to accepting officer before commencement of contract.(c) Contractor has to submit all relevant documents after carrying out A, B, C Checks to Engr In Charge.
