Material and Labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing loose paint layers till plaster level by using jet pressure washer and crack filling up to 3mm by using crack seal (Fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound) & up to 10mm by using textured crack filler (Acrylic crack filler with a grainy texture).Touch-up by using wall putty with silicon additives followed by application of one coat of truecare exterior primer on walls and chajjas and applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and dust pickup resistance properties,Material should be applied(Dilution,Recoating Period etc...) as per manufacturer instructions by using fully automatic air less spray machine having flow speed of minimum 1 ltr minute and pressure of 3300 PSI.Camouflage/colour pattern decide by the user.Note:a) The above specification is guaranteed for 4 years Performance Warranty.b) Rate of Removing of vegitation/plantation up to height of 7Mtr deemed to be included in the rate coated by contractor.c) Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit/eiectric Bulket point/Dish antenna or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers (5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6) mixing with WPC on top layer @200 ml/bag of cement on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (up to12mtr height), including taking down existing plaster Complete all as specified and directed. Note Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the quaoted by the contractor. Note : Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit/eiectric Bulket point/Dish antenna or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound Make: Dr Fixit or STP.

M & L applying 2mm thick Altek/Birla of high quality waterproof exterior wall putty (white cement based or acrylic based putty) on new plastered surfaces of external walls by using machnical grinding smooth finish vacume based sanding machine,including preparation of surfaces etc.Note Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the quaoted by the contractor.

M&L applying Two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint (up to12mtr height)as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces as per manufacture instructions complate all as specified and as directed.Note Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the quaoted by the contractor.

Writing letter or figures (Block,Roman Italic or Indian)n exc.30 CM high

M & L preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at colms,chajja,canopy and soffits, roof projections ceiling facia etc using GI Chiken Mess of size 0.25mm thick and 20mm aparture fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement (Up to 5th foor of Bldg) as required at site average 15mm thick incm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm hick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even and smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water all Complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note rate for form work if reqd incl in the rate quaoteed by the contractor.
