| 10 | Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself. |
| 11 | Chemical Earthing of transformer body and neutral ( Separate) by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 10’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp and Nut and Bolts. Including Painting of G.I.Strips with green Colour (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor) |
| 12 | After safely removing busbars, cables, jumpers, PG clamps, insulators, PTs, CTs, L.A.s, channels, etc., as per site requirements, the height of 8 switchyard structures will be increased by 1 meter to enhance the height of the existing bay. This process will utilize 4 channels (Size: 125x65x6 mm; Length: 2240 mm), which will feature perforations as per site requirements and be secured using nuts, bolts, and washers. |
| 13 | Replacement of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator Set in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes Dismentalling of Existing Isolator with Openeing PG Clamps, Jumfer etc. and after re assembling work of Jumffer with New PG Clamps(Panther-Panther) all materials shall be provided by the contractor Except 33 KV Isolators |
| 14 | Erection of complete structure and 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. Including Jumffering work with Panther-Panther PG ClampsAll materials as like G.I. Structure,33 KV Line/Bus Isolator and others concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 15 | Construction of cable trenchs for 33 KV and 11 KV cable in the switchyard as per direction of engineer. trenchs to be 1 Meter wide and 1 Meter deep. work includes digging of trench, concreting of the foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 R.B. wall 9” wide with A class bricks cement mortar 1:4 and plastering inside the trench in the ratio 1:3 and sand filling in the trench with openable CC cover sixe 1x1 sq mm All material will be provided by the contractor. |
